Lansdowne Dental Care’s experienced staff takes the responsibility of caring for your smile very seriously. Lead by Dr. Tracey Nguyen, the team pledges to treat each patient to the highest standard of oral health care. They recognize that every patient has a unique smile portfolio, not a cookie cutter smile. Their genuine care for patients is evident through their attention to detail. Understanding that many patients have phobias of the dentist, they expertly helps patients deal with those challenges.

For years, Dr. Tracey Nguyen and the LDC team create a world-class, high-tech dental office, designed to meet all of your dental needs. Sachi

Dental Hygienist

Sachi Vo has been a dental hygienist for over 13 years. She joined Lansdowne Dental Care since graduating hygiene school. In addition to being a clinician, she also added orofacial myofunctional therapy to her skill set, focusing on overall patient health. She enjoys family time, yoga and the beach.

Minh

Minh graduated Cum Laude from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2012 and has been with us at Lansdowne Dental Care for over 5 years. She is a true believer that the prettiest thing you can wear is a smile! She loves to help her patients in achieving their healthiest smiles. She grew up in Fairfax County and now resides in Loudoun County. When she is not working, Minh enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, eating and staying active.

Jen

Administrative Team

Jennifer managed a pediatric dental practice for 10 years in McLean before taking off time to raise her kids. She has been part of the Lansdowne Dental Care’s administrative team for over 16 years! In her free time she enjoys spending time with her kids, her beloved Golden retriever and her husband, James. She is a foodie and loves trying new restaurants, especially in DC, and is always in search of the best new craft brewery. When not drinking and eating, she can be found outside running or at her local gym.

Paula

Paula Flohr, was our Office Manager and had been with LDC since the beginning. Paula is now retired but still comes into the practice every now and then to help out.

The last 13 years she has participated and taken pride in the growth and success of our practice. She has created relationships with our patients and staff members that has helped them feel their value in our success. Paula has lived in Loudoun County for over 40 years and feels very fortunate to be able to be part of giving back to this area by being part of LDC. Her time outside the office is spent with Bruce and their large combined family of 6 children and 8 grandchildren. They enjoy traveling, exercising, especially the trails and wineries we have in our area to enjoy.

Cassie

Administrative Team

Cassie has been with LDC for almost two years. Her favorite part of LDC are her coworkers and the fun they have daily. In her free time she enjoys hosting events for her family and friends. Her son is her best friend, and he is 5. Cassie has been in the dental field for 10 years and couldn’t imagine doing anything else!

Sandra

Dental Assistant

Sandra has been with LDC over 3 years. She just got engaged in may 2024. She loves cats. Sandra has two cats and is planning to adopt more. Sandra’s ultimate goal is to go to hygiene school one day and become a hygienist. In her free time she likes to go to coffee shops and try different matcha lattes. Sandra’s favorite thing about LDC is her patients

Mikaela

Dental Assistant

Mikaela started at LDC in the beginning of 2024. She loves working at LDC because every day presents a new adventure. She says “working in an office where we are patient driven is rewarding, fun, and challenging” Mikaela loves traveling, eating good food, and meeting new people. While not at work Mikaela can be found spending time with her family and her 4 year old French bulldog.

James

Dental Assistant

James has been with LDC for over 3 years. He is currently in school for acupuncture and herbal medicine. When not working you can find him studying, hiking, or at church. He says he wishes he could scuba dive more often as that is one of his big loves. James’ favorite part of working at LDC is how we always have the newest technology, so we are constantly learning, and his coworkers!
