I live with my husband, we got married less than two months ago in Santa Cruz. I grew up being bullied a lot and a lot of it had to do with the way my teeth looked. My Invisalign treatment fits into my lifestyle really well! I’m able to (ice)skate and snowboard and not have to worry about brackets or wires and it’s safer for me! I still can’t find a picture of myself smiling with my teeth showing before I had treatment so I can tell that I’m just a lot more confident and happy!

I think my smile is important because I love it! Your smile is the first thing people see, you know, and it’s contagious and infectious and when you’re happy other people are happy. Being confident in your own smile is so important!

My Invisalign treatment has changed my life already and I’m only halfway through so I’m excited to see where it goes from here!

I’m really into gaming! Video gaming is not just a de-stressor, playing video games allows me to react quickly to the events on the screen and I can  take that to work and analyze data a lot faster as a healthcare data analyst.

My smile is important to me, it reflects the inward happiness of myself out to the world so everybody can see it and that’s why I chose Invisalign treatment. It matters to me because it’s a part of my outward appearance, it’s a part of what everyone sees when they look at me.

The process made me feel a whole lot better, made me feel confident. I feel like I can do anything I put myself to, my smile was just the extra edge to achieve those goals.

I remember waking up one morning and when I stepped on the scale, it just read error and all I know is I weighed over 420 pounds. At that point I realized I actually needed to make a change...I lost 186 pounds by exercising and watching my diet. Exercise, it’s painful but getting out and feeling the adrenaline rush from the exercise feels awesome.

Spiritually, weight loss has helped me, it’s improved my mood and interactions with other people. Invisalign treatment has improved my smile and I’m really very proud of my overall transformation.
