Lansdowne Dental Care’s experienced staff takes the responsibility of caring for your smile very seriously. Lead by Dr. Tracey Nguyen, the team pledges to treat each patient to the highest standard of oral health care. They recognize that every patient has a unique smile portfolio, not a cookie cutter smile. Their genuine care for patients is evident through their attention to detail. Understanding that many patients have phobias of the dentist, they expertly helps patients deal with those challenges.

For years, Dr. Tracey Nguyen and the LDC team create a world-class, high-tech dental office, designed to meet all of your dental needs. They have combined the latest advances in dental technology with proven clinical techniques to expand their private general practice and provide their patients with the highest level of cosmetic and restorative care.

Sachi

Sachi has been a proud part of the Lansdowne Dental Care family since 2011, having graduated hygiene school with honors. While she gained experience in various offices and had other opportunities, it was the supportive team and positive energy at LDC that truly made it her professional home for over a decade.

Originally from Maryland, Sachi moved to Virginia in 2008, where she met her husband. She now happily raises her two children (and a very spoiled pup!) in Loudoun County. Sachi is passionate about maintaining healthy smiles and utilizes the latest GBT (Guided Biofilm Therapy) system to provide her patients with the most thorough and gentle cleanings.

When she's not in the office, you'll often find Sachi on her yoga mat, dedicating time to her daily practice. She also enjoys snowboarding, relaxing at the beach, exploring new restaurants, and traveling with friends and family.

Minh

Minh graduated Cum Laude from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2012. She is a true believer that the prettiest thing you can wear is a smile! She loves to help her patients in achieving their healthiest smiles. She grew up in Fairfax County and now resides in Loudoun County. When she is not working, Minh enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, eating and staying active.

Jen

Jennifer managed a pediatric dental practice for 10 years in McLean before taking off time to raise her kids. She has been part of the Lansdowne Dental Care's administrative team for the past 10 years! In her free time she enjoys spending time with her kids, her beloved Golden retriever and her husband, James. She is a foodie and loves trying new restaurants, especially in DC, and is always in search of the best new craft brewery. When not drinking and eating, she can be found outside running or at her local gym.

Paula

Paula Flohr, our Office Manager has been with LDC since the beginning. The last 13 years she has participated and taken pride in the growth and success of our practice. She has created relationships with our patients and staff members that has helped them feel their value in our success. Paula has lived in Loudoun County for over 40 years and feels very fortunate to be able to be part of giving back to this area by being part of LDC. Her time outside the office is spent with Bruce and their large combined family of 6 children and 8 grandchildren. They enjoy traveling, exercising, especially the trails and wineries we have in our area to enjoy.

Pat

Pat joined LDC as Business Manager in December 2025. Although new to the LDC family, she has been a dedicated professional in the dental field since 1995. As a Business Manager, she has been fortunate to work with a talented team committed to providing top-notch patient care. For her, it's a rewarding role that brings joy and fulfillment every day.

Originally from the Philippines, Pat has called the DMV area home for 38 years. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with friends, often visiting her parents and siblings back home. Her hobbies also include hiking, watching theatre shows, and dining out. Pat is a proud mother of three wonderful sons: Jaycee (37), Tyler (21), and Owen (17), all of whom are taller than her.

Cassie

Cassie is a proud parent to an energetic 6-year-old boy. Outside of work, she loves spending quality time with her family and exploring her creative side through arts and crafts or experimenting in the kitchen. She has been with LDC for two years, and one of the most rewarding aspects of her job is witnessing the incredible transformation in people's smiles.

James

James has been working as a dental assistant since 2015, gaining extensive experience in various settings, including endodontics, oral surgery, hospital-based dentistry, special needs care, cosmetic dentistry, and IV sedation practices. He has also performed advanced procedures such as PRP therapy. In 2021, James joined Lansdowne Dental Care, where he has continued to expand his skills, develop a deeper passion for helping patients, and provide exceptional patient care. Outside of dentistry, James enjoys cooking, traveling, and staying active. In addition to his dental background, James earned a Doctorate in Asian Internal Medicine and will be a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist, bringing a holistic perspective to patient care.

Sierra

Sierra has been a dedicated dental professional for over six years, with specialized experience in oral surgery and prosthodontics. She joined the Lansdowne Dental Care team in April 2025 and is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their treatment. Sierra especially enjoys assisting with airway procedures and cosmetic transformations, where she can be part of creating life-changing results for patients.

Outside the office, Sierra loves spending quality time with family and friends, eating great food, and traveling to new destinations.

Ashleigh

Ashleigh has been a dedicated dental assistant for over five years, with hands-on experience in both general and surgical dentistry. She values dentistry as more than just a career—it’s a way to combine her passion for healthy smiles with her love for teaching and artistic detail.

Outside the office, Ashleigh enjoys hiking scenic trails, diving into good books, experimenting in the kitchen, exploring cars, and staying active through fitness. Inspired by her close relationship with her twin brother, who has autism, she brings compassion and patience into all areas of her life and work. Like many of her close friends, she has set her sights on attending dental school in the future, with the goal of teaching and inspiring others in the field.
